At MAMGPets, your satisfaction matters to us. Here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns
Because our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at devoluciones@mamgpets.com with photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer size or design exchanges since each item is made to order. If you ordered the wrong size or design, please reach out to us as soon as possible — we may be able to help before production begins.
