Shipping policy

At MAMGPets, we want your order to reach you (and your dog) as smoothly as possible. Here’s how shipping works:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered, generally ranging from 5 to 15 business days after processing. Some items are made to order, which may add to the total time before your package ships.

International Orders

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
